Kevin Worth (Lakota), RN, MS, PHN, CNS, CPHQ

Kevin has more than 25 years’ experience serving in healthcare leadership positions in community, academic and integrated delivery healthcare settings. He has a 30 year connection with the community and has volunteered with Friendship House since 1991, first as a HIV Nurse Case Manager, and then as clinic manager for the Native American Health Center in San Francisco.
Kevin joined Kaiser Permanente in 2003 as the Quality and Compliance Director for the Oakland and Richmond Medical Centers, from UCSF Medical Center where he held a similar position. In 2019, Kevin began a new role as Executive Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety for Kaiser Permanente Northern California.
Kevin also serves on the Cal Hospital Compare Board’s Long-Term Care Advisory Committee as well as the South San Francisco Chamber of Commerce Board. Kevin is a past Commissioner of Aging for San Mateo County.
Kevin is from New York and is the father of two and grandfather of two.
